Sale of Alcohol
A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) must be obtained at least 10 days prior to the event if there is intention to serve alcohol. School restrictions will apply. A copy of a TEN will be required 48 hours in advance of the event, to be displayed on site during the event together with a copy of hirer's Public Liability Insurance cover.

The Finance Department will issue an invoice once the booking has been confirmed. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be payable for one-off bookings, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event. Regular bookings will be invoiced termly in advance.
